Staff Development
Full-day staff development invites teams of educators to engage in collaborative coaching as they analyze curricular resources and examine content standards. Together we will create and implement learning tasks as part of a demonstration lesson and then debrief to reflect on the instructional practices they observed and how it can be implemented in their own classroom settings.
1:1 Coaching
One-on-one instructional coaching engages the participant in student data analysis and goal setting. Together we will co-create, implement and reflect on targeted learning experiences. We will design an action plan that include progress monitoring and opportunities for student choice and differentiation.
School Leader Workshops
This professional learning experience is designed for school leaders and instructional coaches. Together we will deepen our collective understanding of effective math instructional practices while addressing strengths and areas of need across school communities. Leadership sessions may include co-creating a vision for math learning, collaborative walk-throughs aligned with targeted look-fors, using data to guide decision-making, examining structures for coaching, collaboration and on-going professional learning at school sites.
